Bookings are made on a first-come, first served basis. In case of unavailability after your booking process, Europa Organisation is entitled to find another accommodation offer similar or equal to your first choice.}

Modification and cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified by email or mail and are subject to the following conditions:

Registration Cancellation
• Cancellation received before January 5, 2018: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
• Cancellation received between January 5 and February 17, 2018 (included): 50% refund
• Cancellation received from February 17, 2018: no refund
Accommodation Cancellation
• Cancellation received before January 5, 2018: a fee of 100 USD will be charged
• Cancellation received between January 5 and February 17, 2018 (included): 50% refund for 1 night booked or 1 night penalties for more than 1 night booked.
• Cancellation received from February 18, 2018: no refund

The organising committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
