*As a Fellow, Resident, Graduate Student or Nurse, you benefit from reduced rates. A proof of status is required for fee application. It can be a copy of your work card, a letter from your Head of Department stamped and signed or a copy of your student card.

Visa processing time can take several weeks. Don’t wait any longer for your visa application!
Modification & cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation until 4 March 2024: 100% refund
- Cancellation from 5 March to 3 May 2024: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 4 May 2024: no refund
