Modification & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:

• Cancellation until 6 March 2023: 100% refund
• Cancellation from 7 March to 5 May 2023: 50% refund
• Cancellation from 6 May 2023: no refund
