*As a Fellow, Resident, Graduate Student or Nurse, you benefit from reduced rates. A proof of status is required for fee application. It can be a copy of your work card, a letter from your Head of Department stamped and signed or a copy of your student card.
Modification & cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation until 6 March 2023: 100% refund
- Cancellation from 7 March to 5 May 2023: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 6 May 2023: no refund
