The LINNC Paris 2022 will be organized in a hybrid format: you will have the possibility to attend in person or remotely via a dedicated digital platform.

Registration includes:

Onsite participation

• Access to scientific sessions & exhibition area
• Coffee breaks and luncheons
• A congress bag
• Access to live stream and replay of the Course on the digital platform

Online participation

• Access to live stream
• Exchange and discuss with the live chat
• Replay of the Course on the digital platform

Modification & cancellation policy

Individual Registrations

Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation before March 1: full refund of your registration fees.
• Cancellation from March 1 to May 1:
  • Online registration: no refund will be granted. Access to the digital platform of the congress still possible.
  • Onsite participation: 50% refund. Access to the digital platform of the congress still possible.
• Cancellation after May 1:
  • Online registration: no refund will be granted. Access to the digital platform of the congress still possible.
  • Onsite participation: no refund will be granted. Access to the online version of the congress still possible.

Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. It will not be possible onsite.
The organizing committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
