The LINNC Paris 2021 will be organized in a hybrid format: you will have the possibility to attend in person or remotely via a dedicated digital platform. Two packages are available: the full package with the possibility to attend on site or online and the online package.

Book your ticket now to be onsite on September with your peers, ticket is fully refundable in case of impossibility to join the congress physically due to the pandemic situation. Or buy the online streaming access ticket if you can't come to Paris and don't want to risk to miss the action!

* A proof of status is required to qualify for the discounted rate for Nurses/Fellows. It can be a copy of your work card or an official letter stamped and signed by your Head of Department.

Modification & cancellation policy

Individual Registrations

Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:

- Cancellation until June 14: full refund of your registration fees.

- Cancellation from June 14 to July 31:

• Online package: no refund will be granted
• Full package (onsite + online): 50% refund. Access to the online version of the congress still possible.

- Cancellation from August 1:

• Online package: no refund will be granted
• Full package (onsite + online): no refund will be granted. Access to the online version of the congress still possible.

- Ticket is fully refundable in case of impossibility to join the congress physically due to the pandemic situation. An official document may be required.

- In the event of cancellation of the onsite portion of the event, the online portion will be maintained :

• If the participant wishes to transform his face-to-face registration for the online package registration, the difference in registration fees will be refunded.
• If the participant no longer wishes to attend the LINNC Paris Course, his registration fees will be fully refunded.

Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. It will not be possible onsite.
The organizing committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
