All rates below are VAT included (20%)

^{* A proof of status is required to qualify for the discounted rate for Nurses/Fellows. It can be a copy of your work card or an official letter stamped and signed by your Head of Department.}

Modification & cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions: 

Individual registration

• Cancellation received before 23 March, 2018: refund minus €100.
• Cancellation received from 24 March to 11 May, 2018: 50% refund.
• Cancellation received after 11 May, 2018: no refund.

Name replacement is possible and will be invoiced €50 VAT Included. It will not be possible onsite. 

The organising committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
