Take a look at this impressive case from Branden Cord of a 72 years-old men presenting with a low grade aneurism pattern in subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). CT angiography shows a symmetric SAH pattern, with two aneurysms. The first one is a 9 mm left ICA terminus aneurism, wide necked and partially calcified whereas the second one is a 1,5 mm rate supraclinoid ICA aneurysm.
