* A proof of status is required to qualify for the discounted rate. It can be a copy of your work card or an official letter stamped and signed by your Head of Department.

Grants for young practitioners
We believe in talented physicians and in a bid to support the practice of our medical specialty, we are offering a grant including airfare/accommodation (on a flat-rate basis) and registration fee to the Seminar.
Visa

Visa processing time can take several weeks. Don’t wait any longer for your visa application!
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation received until January 31, 2023: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
- Cancellation received after January 31, 2023: no refund
Cancellation requests must be sent to the registration department by email at: regist-linncus@europa-organisation.com
The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply
