Hai-Feng Wang presents two cases of basilar fusiform aneurysms:
- a 53-year-old male with hypertension, unstable walking, drinking cough, left ear hearing loss for 3 months. The angiography shows a vertebral-basilar giant fusiform aneurysm.
- a 40-year-old male with dyslipidemia, intractable dizziness, walking instability and diplopia for 4 years. The angiography reveals a basilar aneurysm.
