Watch the case of a 26-year-old male who had a severe head trauma in a car accident. Ten days later he presented with left eye exophthalmos followed by a visual loss. The MRI and MRA revealed:

  • Right ICA occlusion with acute dissection
  • Left CC fistula with enlargement of the left supra-ophthalmic vein and cortical reflux in the left sylvian vein
  • No intracranial hemorrhage.

This case was recorded at the Bicêtre Hospital in Paris and presented by Laurent Spelle and Jacques Moret at LINNC Seminar - US 2016.
